Qualifications

Must have

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of strong experience in business analysis, requirements definition and functional specification, and UAT / Implementation support. (Non-negotiable)

Must have experience in credit and loans. (Non-negotiable)

Must have excellent communication and business writing skills (Non-negotiable)

Must have an excellent grasp of the English language both verbal and written (Non-negotiable)

Can facilitate meetings and requirements workshops Adept in analytical thinking, solving problems, and managing deliverables (Non-negotiable)

Proficient in the documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories (Non-negotiable)

Software and/or Product Development Lifecycle Agile/Scrum Framework knowledge and experience (Non-negotiable)

Good to have

Familiarity with bank systems/applications is an advantage

Familiarity with Data Mapping Documentation and Integration

Job Description

Job Summary:

He/she shall also be responsible in the preparation of the following deliverables, in connection with assigned PROJECT:

● Creation of detailed user stories (US) and acceptance criteria

● Business Requirements Document (when applicable)

● UAT test scripts, KT Documents, User Manuals, and Training Materials

● Assist the Product Owner in the initial development and prioritization of the Product Backlog

● Facilitate discussions with other stakeholders/ SMEs as needed, to clarify and refine the product backlog

● Assist the team members in understanding the product backlog

● Define requirements and functional specifications from the client's stakeholders.

● Ensure developed user stories and acceptance criteria are complete, approved and groomed on time

● Facilitate User Acceptance Testing, Operational Readiness and Pre-implementation Support
