Billing Analyst

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in billing, collections, or accounts receivable, preferably in the telecommunications industry
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in billing and financial software (e.g., SAP, SalesForce or similar).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with telco products, services, and pricing structures is a plus.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices based on usage data, subscription plans, and applicable charges.
Verify billing details to ensure completeness and accuracy, including applicable taxes and discounts.
Address and resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies promptly.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, customer service) to ensure billing information is accurate and up-to-date.
