Responsibilities: • Create high-quality, conversion-focused graphics for ecommerce platform (banners, tiles, category pages, livestream background & product visuals, GIFs, and landing pages). • Produce compelling product images, lifestyle shots, infographics, icons, badges, and comparison charts. • Design user interface (UI) elements like buttons, icons, and navigational graphics to improve the overall user experience (UX). • Design assets for digital campaigns: email, social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok), Google Display, retargeting banners. • Create visuals for sales promotions, holiday campaigns, and product launches, ensuring it is mobile-responsive, engaging, and on-brand. • Uphold and evolve brand identity across ecommerce channels. • Work within and update brand guidelines for typography, color, and imagery • Collaborate with marketing to maintain consistent customer experience. • Edit and retouch product photography for professional, consistent presentation. • Remove backgrounds, create cutouts, composites, and mockups. • Coordinate with marketing, e-commerce account team, brand managers, and Livestream teams to align visuals with campaign goals, platform requirements, and product messaging. • Collaborate with Media Buying team to optimize visuals for engagement and conversions. • Use data and A/B testing to inform design decisions. • Stay updated on ecommerce design trends and emerging technologies. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree of any Graphic Design related course. • 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio, showcasing ecommerce and digital design work. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and Canva are essential. • Strong understanding of fundamental design principles (layout, typography, color theory, composition). • Experience with photo editing and retouching. • Knowledge of best practices for web and mobile design. • Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
