Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and data-driven SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the architect of organic growth for a high-profile client in the competitive public relations and marketing space. Your mission will be to develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that significantly increase online visibility, drive qualified traffic, and build authoritative digital presence.

The ideal candidate is a blend of a technical expert and a creative content strategist. You should have a proven track record of improving site rankings and organic performance for brands that compete at the highest level. You are analytical, detail-oriented, and adept at collaborating with writers and developers to turn SEO insights into tangible results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic SEO Planning: Develop and execute a full-funnel SEO strategy encompassing technical, on-page, and off-page elements to dominate search results for key industry terms.
  • Advanced Keyword & Content Strategy: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value opportunities. Plan and map keyword targets to a content calendar that positions our client as a thought leader.
  • SEO-Optimized Content Writing: Write and/or edit compelling, SEO-optimized content—including landing pages, blog articles, and press releases—that seamlessly integrates keywords while engaging a discerning audience.
  • Technical SEO Audits & Optimization: Perform regular site audits to identify and resolve technical issues (crawl errors, site speed, mobile-friendliness, indexing) that impact search performance.
  • On-Page Optimization: Optimize all on-page elements including meta tags, headers, image ALT text, and schema markup to maximize relevance and click-through rates.
  • Authority Building: Design and manage a powerful internal linking structure. Lead a proactive backlink outreach campaign to secure high-quality, authoritative links from relevant publications and industry leaders.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics (rankings, traffic, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush. Use data to refine continuously and improve strategy.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in an SEO role, with a portfolio of demonstrable success in growing organic traffic and rankings for competitive niches.
  • Expertise in keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and a deep understanding of how to build content strategy around them.
  • Proven experience in conducting technical SEO audits and implementing fixes.
  • Strong background in executing successful backlink outreach and digital PR campaigns.
  • Proficiency with analytics platforms, primarily Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Excellent command of written English with the ability to produce clean, persuasive, and grammatically correct copy
  • A creative and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment without compromising on quality or attention to detail.
