Schedule: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM PHT
Salary: PHP 90,000 – PHP 110,000

Our client is a premier real estate agency with over 23 years of experience, specializing in luxury villas, apartments, and investment properties. We are looking for an experienced, results-driven SEO Manager to take full ownership of our organic search strategy and help us achieve Page 1 rankings on Google for our key terms. The ideal candidate is a true SEO expert with a minimum of 5years' hands-on experience, a proven track record of ranking websites organically, and deep knowledge of modern SEO best practices.

Job Description:
SEO Manager – Expert Level (Proven Track Record Required)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aimed at increasing organic traffic and achieving top Google rankings

• Conduct advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis

• Optimise on-page elements including meta tags, headings, schema markup, and internal linking

• Oversee technical SEO improvements (site speed, crawlability, indexation, core web vitals, etc.)

• Plan and implement high-quality link-building campaigns

• Work closely with content creators to ensure SEO best practices across all published material

• Monitor search performance using analytics tools and provide detailed monthly reports

• Stay up to date with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends

Requirements

• 5 years' professional experience in SEO (agency or in-house)

• Demonstrated ability to rank websites on Page 1 of Google organically

• Strong understanding of technical SEO, content SEO, and off-page SEO

• Expertise with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.

• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills

• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results
