Qualifications:

At least 6 months of experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist, or

At least 6 months of experience as a Contact Center Agent handling HMO or healthcare accounts

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Amenable to shifting schedules

Able to work in a fast-paced environment
