Coordinate and Facilitate Administrative Processes:

  • This includes handling resident inquiries, processing administrative forms, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments and meetings, and assisting with budget management. This ensures smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.

Community Health and Safety Liaison:

  • This includes being the primary point of contact for community members regarding health and safety concerns. It also includes coordinating with external health and safety organizations, and disseminating health and safety information to residents.

Incident Reporting and Documentation:

  • This is the responsibility to accurately document all incidents that occur within the community. This includes accidents, safety violations, and any other events that may pose a risk to the community. This documentation is vital for compliance and for future prevention.
