JOB OVERVIEW:
Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Supervise daily operations including facilities, supplies, and administrative support services.
- Policy Development: Create and implement administrative procedures and best practices to improve workflow and compliance.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage administrative staff; assign tasks and monitor performance.
- Budget Oversight: Manage administrative budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Vendor Coordination: Handle contracts, procurement, and relationships with external service providers.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation, filing systems, and ensure data confidentiality.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and safety regulations.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in administrative or office management roles.
- Experience with budgeting, procurement, and HR coordination is a plus.
- Leadership & People Management: Ability to guide teams and resolve conflicts.
- Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
- Communication: Clear and professional interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with office software (e.g., MS Office, ERP systems).
- Quick decision-making and process improvement mindset.
