JOB OVERVIEW:

Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Supervise daily operations including facilities, supplies, and administrative support services.
  • Policy Development: Create and implement administrative procedures and best practices to improve workflow and compliance.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage administrative staff; assign tasks and monitor performance.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage administrative budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Vendor Coordination: Handle contracts, procurement, and relationships with external service providers.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation, filing systems, and ensure data confidentiality.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and safety regulations.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in administrative or office management roles.
  • Experience with budgeting, procurement, and HR coordination is a plus.
  • Leadership & People Management: Ability to guide teams and resolve conflicts.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
  • Communication: Clear and professional interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with office software (e.g., MS Office, ERP systems).
  • Quick decision-making and process improvement mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
