End-to-End Leadership & Learning Analyst (6-Month Contract)

Work Setup: Hybrid (BGC, Taguig) — 8x Onsite Days per Month

Schedule: Day Shift

Experience Level: 2–3 Years (Business Support / HR / Learning & Development)

About the Role

We are looking for an End-to-End Leadership & Learning Analyst to support the delivery of leadership development and learning programs. The role involves coordinating training activities, tracking compliance learning credits, managing learning platforms, and providing support to learners, facilitators, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end delivery of Leadership & Learning programs, including scheduling, coordination, learning hours tracking, and reporting.
  • Administer courses and records through the Learning Management System (LMS): set up sessions, upload materials, enroll participants, update learning records, and generate reports.
  • Provide support for compliance learning (CLE/CPD/CPE) by:
  • Monitoring and updating credits for fee earners and new joiners
  • Sending reminders regarding outstanding credit requirements
  • Addressing inquiries and generating compliance credit reports
  • Coordinate logistics for training events, including facilitators, training venues, technology, attendance, and post-program requirements.
  • Assist learners in resolving access issues and general LMS inquiries.
  • Work collaboratively with HR teams, Learning Specialists, and People Partners to provide a smooth learner experience.
  • Ensure accuracy and data integrity of learning-related information.
  • Perform other administrative and support tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Communication, HR, or related field.
  • 2–3 years relevant work experience, ideally in Learning & Development, HR, or shared services.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Comfortable learning and using new systems or technology platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Customer service-oriented, proactive, and collaborative team player.
