Job Title: End-User Computing (EUC) Lead

Location: Taguig

Salary: 130,000 – 250,000

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced End-User Computing (EUC) Lead to oversee vendor relationships, ensure operational excellence, and drive continuous improvement in EUC service delivery. The ideal candidate has a strong background in vendor management, technical expertise in SCCM and Intune, and the ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across teams and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to align with organizational goals.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with vendor-provided EUC solutions, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement performance metrics to monitor vendor deliverables and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensure adherence to EUC policies, governance frameworks, and industry best practices.
  • Oversee vendor contracts and ensure all in-scope activities are delivered on time.
  • Coordinate with vendors to resolve EUC-related incidents promptly, minimizing business disruption.
  • Monitor and manage vendor costs, identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Ensure technology alignment with the organization's roadmap and strategic direction.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance internal capabilities.
  • Drive continuous improvement in EUC tools, processes, and technologies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 10–15 years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years in EUC leadership or vendor management roles.
  • Proven experience in Vendor Relationship Management, Performance Monitoring, and Risk Mitigation.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft SCCM and Intune.
  • Experience managing EUC policies, compliance, and service governance.
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and client liaison skills.
  • Experience reporting on project scope, schedule, cost, and risks.
  • Ability to collaborate with Business-as-Usual (BAU) and Service Delivery teams.
  • Flexibility to work during non-business hours or weekends when required.
  • Willingness to take on additional responsibilities or act as backup when needed.
