About the Role

We're looking for an experienced End-User Computing (EUC) Lead to oversee vendor relationships, ensure service excellence, and drive continuous improvement across our EUC environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vendor management, risk mitigation, and technology alignment, coupled with deep expertise in SCCM and Intune tools.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with vendors to align with organizational goals.

Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with vendor-provided EUC solutions in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Performance Monitoring: Define and track metrics to ensure vendor adherence to SLAs and service quality.

Policy & Compliance Oversight: Guarantee vendor compliance with EUC governance frameworks and industry standards.

Contract Management: Oversee vendor contracts and ensure timely delivery of in-scope activities.

Incident Management: Coordinate with vendors to resolve EUC-related incidents swiftly and effectively.

Cost Optimization: Manage and monitor vendor costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings.

Technology Alignment: Ensure vendor solutions align with the company's technology roadmap and strategic objectives.

Training & Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate knowledge transfer and training sessions to upskill internal teams.

Continuous Improvement: Partner with vendors to enhance EUC tools, processes, and efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in Vendor Management within an EUC or IT Infrastructure environment.

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SCCM and Intune tools.

10–15 years of relevant IT leadership experience.

Nice to Have

Strong project management and time management skills.

Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination abilities.

Experience managing projects related to schedule, scope, cost, risk, and issues.

Collaboration with BAU and Service Delivery teams on project deliverables.

Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends for critical tasks).

Ability to take on additional responsibilities or act as a backup when needed.

Additional Information

Must be amenable to working onsite in Taguig or Makati.
