We are seeking a reliable and diligent Janitor/Admin Maintenance/Utility Staff to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of our office premises and providing general support for administrative needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize office spaces, including work areas, restrooms, pantry, and common areas.
  • Ensure the availability of cleaning materials and office supplies.
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, minor repairs, and troubleshooting basic issues.
  • Manage garbage disposal and ensure proper waste segregation.
  • Assist in organizing office spaces and facilities, including setting up for meetings or events.
