JOB SUMMARY:

  • The Maintenance Reminder Staff is responsible in reminding vehicle owners through proactive calling in order to promote regular vehicle maintenance, dealership marketing activities and offers the appointment system before the customer's prepared service.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively contact customers following vehicle purchases, to schedule first maintenance appointment and set appointments for customers.
  • Follow-up on appointments that were set but did not show up.
  • Update customer's information for future prospecting, based on most recent contact.
  • Monitor and communicate trends to initiate continuous process improvement.
  • Book or schedule customers who avail of the appointment system.
  • Conduct confirmation & re-confirmation on schedule appointment of the customers.
  • Prepare listing of the necessary logistics and documents for the service advisor/service receptionist and guard.
  • To conduct follow-up calls after 3-4 months after the unit was serviced.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a graduate of any 4 year course.
  • With experience in the same position is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Must be well-oriented in dealing & communicating with people.
  • Willing to be assigned in Fairview, Quezon City
