About the role

We are seeking a talented Parking Maintenance Staff to join our team at City Garden Hotel Makati. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our hotel's parking facilities. Working in a dynamic and customer-oriented environment, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and accessibility of our parking areas.

What you'll be doing

  • Regularly inspecting and monitoring the parking facilities to identify and address any maintenance issues or concerns
  • Performing routine cleaning and upkeep of the parking areas, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
  • Assisting with the maintenance and repair of parking equipment, such as barriers, signage, and lighting
  • Providing excellent customer service to hotel guests and visitors, offering guidance and assistance as needed
  • Collaborating with the hotel's engineering and security teams to ensure a well-coordinated and seamless parking experience
  • Adhering to all relevant safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure and hazard-free parking environment

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a similar maintenance or customer service role, preferably in a hospitality or parking management setting
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and remain polite and helpful in all interactions
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, able to identify and address issues before they become problems
  • Basic mechanical and technical skills to assist with the maintenance of parking equipment
  • Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and the ability to follow safety protocols
