Job Description

Timely Awarding of Contracts

  • Facilitate and administer the entire bidding process by closely coordinating with the Project Development. Sending of Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Invitation to Bid to the qualified Vendors.
  • Arrange and schedule meetings to all internal and external stakeholders: Invitation to Bid, Opening of Bids, Clarificatory Meeting and Negotiations of proposal.

Awarding and Delivery of Own and Supply Materials (OSM), supplies & equipment

  • Spearhead the entire awarding process – from sourcing, canvassing to PO preparation.
  • Evaluate and analyze the cost comparison summary of contractor's proposal and endorse approval of Purchase Order (PO)/Notice to Proceed (NTP). Which includes the facilitation of both technical & commercial evaluation.
  • Maintain a complete record of all contracts including signed copies, amendments, and related documents.
  • Monitor the performance/progress of the contractor from Mobilization to execution until close out of the project.

Vendor Management ( Pre-qualification of Vendor)

  • Check and review the past and on-going projects of the invited bidders, including the technical capability. Conduct a site visit if necessary.

Timely Preparation of PO and Contracts

  • Prepare a Tabulation of Proposal submitted by Bidders and route to the signatories.
  • Evaluate and analyze the cost comparison summary of contractor's proposal and endorse approval of Purchase Order (PO)/Notice to Proceed (NTP). Which includes the facilitation of both technical and commercial evaluation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferably Electrical or Mechanical
  • 1-3 years of experience in Procurement
  • Proficiency in software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to implement budget cost control measures with solid negotiation and persuasive skills
  • Attention to details of bid documents and plans.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
