Must be an ACCOUNTING GRADUATE with an experience of at least 3 years in accounting work and proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computer systems

Excellent in communication, verbal, written, customer service and organizational skills

Posting financial transactions such as check disbursements and sales

Receiving and recording vouchers, cash and checks

Ability to multi-task, manage interruptions, establish work priorities and handle stress and effectively function in a fast-paced environment

Records and checks the aging of the accounts payable with the use of company's computer software

Knows how to file BIR monthly and quarterly reports, as well as the SSS, Pagibig and Philhealth payment

Checks the accuracy in reports, figures and postings

Participates in monthly Food and Beverage physical inventories
