Are you someone who's organized, detail-oriented, and excited to start your professional journey? We're looking for a Credit and Collection Associate to join our team on a project-based role — perfect for fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

In this role, you'll be part of the team that keeps our financial operations running smoothly. You'll help monitor buyer accounts, follow up on payments, and learn the ropes of credit and collections along the way.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Keeping track of customer payments and making sure they're on time
  • Helping evaluate accounts and resolve payment concerns
  • Coordinating with clients and internal teams to keep things moving
  • Organizing financial records with accuracy and care
  • Supporting the credit and collections team with day-to-day tasks

What We're Looking For:

  • A sharp eye for detail
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn — experience is a bonus, but not required

This is a project-based opportunity, ideal for gaining real-world experience in credit and collections.
