A team leader with a wide experience in buildings, warehouses, and showrooms. Experienced in supervising manpower and different teams, knowledgeable in different areas of construction methods, materials, and equipment, and can interpret plans and execute them accordingly.

Qualifications:

-At least a High School Graduate, Vocational or Technical

-With relevant experience in building infrastructures, warehouses, and showrooms

-Experience in handling and supervising manpower and multiple teams

-Strong Knowledge in construction methods, tools, materials, equipment, and plan interpretations and specifications.

-Ability to lead, motivate, and discipline workers

-Able to handle more than one (1) project

-Preferably with a Driver's License
