  • Validating candidate information through various sources, including previous employers and home verification.
  • Ensuring all background checks are conducted in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all background check activities and results.
  • Generating reports on background check findings and providing regular updates to the recruitment team.
  • Providing administrative support to the recruitment team.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of BS Criminology
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Accurate and thorough in verifying information and maintaining records.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues related to background checks.
  • Understanding of background check procedures, including legal requirements and best practices.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Must be willing to do field work.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: Php18, Php21,000.00 per month
