Full job description

  • Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)
  • Orienting new employees to the organization
  • Preparing new employee files and maintaining current HR files and databases
  • Maintaining current HR files and databases
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.)
  • Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs promptly.
