Overview

We are looking for a Project Coordinator based in the Manila, Philippines who will serve as the main point of contact for our deployed resources in the country. This role will help make sure that each consultant is properly onboarded, aligned with client expectations, and supported throughout their engagement. The goal is to track progress, identify possible issues early, and avoid project gaps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect regularly with all active resources in the Philippines to check their workload, progress, and overall performance.
  • Confirm if they have completed onboarding tasks, joined the required Teams channels, and received proper access.
  • Monitor if they are following the client's processes and if they have the documentation and guidance they need.
  • Identify any bottlenecks, blockers, or lack of clarity that may impact their work.
  • Escalate issues to the internal team and client as needed for quick resolution.
  • Track attendance, schedule alignment, and communication responsiveness of each resource.
  • Provide timely updates to internal leadership on resource status, challenges, and action items.
  • Work closely with recruiters, account managers, and client contacts to support smooth project delivery.
  • Assist with basic coordination tasks such as follow-ups, reminders, and documentation.

Qualifications

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, account management, HR coordination, or a related role.
  • Strong communication and follow-through skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple resources at the same time.
  • Experience working with remote teams.
  • Basic understanding of IT roles and project workflows is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Excel, and other collaboration tools.
