We are seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator with responsible in providing administrative support to project teams, ensuring smooth project execution, and coordinating day-to-day activities for projects involving Chinese-speaking clients or partners. This role involves working closely with project managers, team members, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

Qualifications/Requirements

 College Level or Equivalent (Required)

 Additional Certification (Preferred)

 Proficient in Chinese Mandarin language is Required.

 Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role, preferably in a consultancy.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

 Proficient in in computer systems, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
