About the role

As a Project Coordinator at De Leon Import & Export Corporation, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of key projects within our Mining, Resources & Energy business. This full-time position is based in Metro Manila and offers the opportunity to work on a variety of strategic initiatives that contribute to the growth and success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate and monitor the progress of multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets and quality standards
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and procurement, to gather and disseminate information, identify and resolve issues, and ensure effective project execution
  • Provide administrative support for project-related activities, such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining project documentation
  • Assist in the development and implementation of project management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and visibility
  • Monitor and report on project metrics, identify potential risks, and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Support the continuous improvement of project management practices within the organisation

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role, preferably in the Mining, Resources & Energy industry
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficient in using project management software and MS Office suite
  • Adaptable and able to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
