Service Desk Analyst

Shift: Night Shift
About the Role:
IT By Design is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Service Desk Analyst to provide technical support to our global clients. You'll be the first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 to 1.5 support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Log and track incidents via ticketing systems
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level teams
- Deliver excellent customer service and communication
Qualifications:
- At least 1.9 year of experience in IT support or service desk
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking
- Excellent English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
