POSITION: IT SERVICE DESK
SHIFT: SHIFTING SCHEDULE
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Basic Active Directory knowledge. Creating user accounts, reset passwords, create groups etc.
- Log all calls in the Service Desk ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.
100% adherence to timeliness as per the priority of each issue, to manage client expectations and ensure zero escalations.
Ensure timely response of all the tickets raised by the client end user.
Provide basic in-house training in MS Office applications used within the Association (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Provide an acceptance and immediate resolution to the high-priority tickets/ service.
- Keep a check on the number of tickets raised (dial home/ email/ chat/ IMS), ensuring right solution as per the defined resolution timeframe.
- Track all the tickets from acceptance to the resolution stage as per the resolution time defined by the customer.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- AT LEAST COMPLETED 2ND YEAR COLLEGE UNDERGRADUATE
- WITH AT LEAST 2 YEARS IT SERVICE DESK / IT HELP DESK / BPO TSR EXPERIENCE (SUPPORTING INTERNATIONAL ACCOUNT)
- WITH COPY OF TRANSCRIPT OF GRADES (TOR) OR DIPLOMA AVAILABLE
- AMENABLE TO WORK ONSITE AND START ASAP
