Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced L2 Service Desk Engineer with NOC experience to join our growing global IT team. The ideal candidate is skilled in resolving escalated IT issues, performing advanced troubleshooting, and handling network-related concerns — while maintaining a strong focus on end-user support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 technical support for desktops, servers, and network-related issues
- Handle escalations from Level 1 and ensure timely resolution
- Perform network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP) and monitor alerts from NOC tools
- Manage and support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure environments
- Maintain system documentation, ticket updates, and technical procedures
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and external clients to ensure excellent service delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in IT Service Desk / Technical Support roles
- Exposure to NOC environments or network monitoring tools
- Solid understanding of Windows Server, AD, Office 365, and Azure
- Good grasp of network fundamentals (VPN, routing, switching, firewalls)
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and client-handling skills
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or MCSA are a plus
