About Us

We are an innovative fintech group operating in the subprime and alternative lending space,

building advanced tools to optimize underwriting, fraud prevention, and collections. Our

proprietary platforms — Protheus (decision engine) and Terminator (bank statement / cash

flow analyzer) — power smarter, faster credit decisions.

We are now expanding our data science team to push the boundaries of what's possible in

collections optimization and cost reduction.

The Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst with a strong Machine Learning background to design,

build, and deploy predictive models that improve loan performance, reduce defaults, and

increase collections efficiency.

You'll work directly with our proprietary systems, ingesting major credit bureau data and

alternative financial datasets, and turning them into actionable insights that drive real business

impact.

What You'll Do

∙Develop and deploy ML models for risk prediction, repayment scoring, and collections

optimization.

∙Analyze data flowing through Protheus and Terminator, identifying cost-savings

opportunities.

∙Work with major credit bureau and alternative finance data sources.

∙Build dashboards and tools to monitor loan portfolio health and model performance.

∙Translate complex analytics into business strategies that improve underwriting and

recovery.

What We're Looking For

∙3+ years' experience in data analytics / ML (preferably in lending or financial services).

∙Hands-on experience with credit bureau data (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion, Clarity,

FactorTrust, etc.).

∙Proficiency in Python/R, SQL, and ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or

PyTorch).

∙Strong understanding of subprime / alternative lending and collections processes.

∙Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-moving environment.

Nice to Have

∙Exposure to fraud prevention analytics.

∙Experience with decision engines or underwriting workflows.

∙Familiarity with alternative data (banking transactions, behavioral data, device/IP).

Salary Range

∙India: $15,000 – $25,000 USD per year

∙Philippines: $15,000 – $25,000 USD per year​

(Comparable ranges available in other emerging markets with similar skill levels).
