About the role

CORPORATE VISIONS INC' is seeking a talented Customer Service professional to join our team in Pinagbuhatan Pasig City Metro Manila. This is a full-time, non-voice account position that requires at least 6 months of prior BPO experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients
  2. Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner
  3. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  5. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the development of best practices

What we're looking for

  1. At least 6 months of previous experience in a BPO or customer service-focused role
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with customers effectively
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  4. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  5. A team-player mindset and the willingness to contribute to a collaborative work environment
