About the role

Corporate Visions Inc. is seeking a customer service representative (CSR) for a 100% non-voice account. This full-time position is based in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila and requires at least 6 months of prior BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide high-quality customer service and support through various communication channels (email, chat, etc.)
  • Respond to customer inquiries and address their concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • At least 6 months of prior experience in a customer service or call centre role in the BPO industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and multitask effectively
  • Proficient in using standard office software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
