Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling customer inquiries and support requests through written communication channels such as email, chat, and social media. This role focuses on providing accurate information, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience without voice interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer queries through chat, email, or ticketing systems.
- Provide accurate and detailed information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining brand tone and quality.
- Document interactions and update customer records accurately.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and service standards.
- Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in written correspondence.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time and quality scores.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is an advantage.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in typing and basic computer applications.
- Customer service or BPO experience in a non-voice account preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
