We are offering a hybrid work arrangement The company will also be providing the PC and equipment needed. Although during your first month (or until the HLM approves of the transition), you will be reporting on-site to complete company and/or client-required trainings. With this, the following requirements will be required prior the on-boarding:

  • Minimum of 25mbps internet speed (actual bandwidth via speed test) *higher than 25mbps would be required if there will be other people in the household who would be either working from home or heavily using the internet during your shift
  • Dedicated space or room with good ventilation for the PC set-up.
  • Table that can fit two 24" monitors and a chair, ideally positioned close to the outlet and internet modem
  • Work from home location is within NCR.

General Objective:

Develop, maintain, analyze, and interpret different data sets and transform them into reports to drive continuous improvement in the company.

What are some of the responsibilities?

  • Design and construction of recurring reports, including development of new and enhancement of existing reports
  • Communicate findings in production data in a timely manner and drive efforts in reducing the recurring findings
  • Partner with account and operations management on reports design/requirements and deliver the reports quickly and accurately
  • Acquire raw data from various data sources and translate these into efficient queries and tables
  • Distill relevant trends or patterns from data sets and employ statistical techniques in data interpretation and analyses
  • Provide insights required for or relevant to the management's and/or client's business decisions
  • Create effective dashboards and visual re/presentation and present analyses results with clarity and precision.

What are the ideal requirements?

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics or math/science related courses, or equivalent minimal experience
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Knowledgeable in MS Excel, SQL, and BI tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (understanding of key statistical concepts is a plus)
