Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Main Responsibility will be outbound calls
Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders.
Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients
Skills and Requirements
Proficiency of the business process and its product
Knowledgeable in different CRM tools, e.g. FreshSales, Anima, and has the ability to learn new technologies quickly
Ability to communicate effectively and knows how to handle different types of customers
Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting, inbound and outbound calling
Team player and flexible with the demands of the job
3+ years of experience in the BPO Industry with sales background, preferably in a fintech or tech company
Graduate of any business or IT related field
Amenable working US Pacific time
Has his /her own device to use for the job (minimum specs to be discussed)
