Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly creative and data-driven Brand Marketing Strategist to strengthen our brand presence, create engaging campaigns, and drive growth across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and skilled in transforming ideas into effective marketing executions.

Key Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing Execution

  • Plan and implement digital marketing initiatives across social media, email, and paid channels.
  • Optimize content and ads to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all online platforms.

2. Content Creation & Creative Collaboration

  • Develop compelling content ideas, captions, and visual concepts.
  • Work closely with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality creatives.
  • Ensure brand messaging is aligned with the company's identity and objectives.

3. Campaign Coordination

  • Assist in planning, launching, and managing marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and cross-team requirements.
  • Monitor campaign performance and ensure timely execution of all tasks.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze campaign metrics, audience insights, and digital performance.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
  • Provide recommendations based on data to improve future strategies.

5. Influencer Outreach & Collaboration

  • Identify suitable influencers, ambassadors, and content creators.
  • Manage communication, negotiations, and partnership execution.
  • Monitor influencer deliverables and measure impact.

Qualification

1. Experience & Background

  • 3–5+ years of proven experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, or strategic communications.
  • Strong track record of running successful marketing campaigns from planning to execution.
  • Experience working with creative teams, agencies, and cross-functional departments.

2. Strategic Thinking

  • Ability to develop marketing strategies based on insights, customer trends, and brand goals.
  • Skilled at positioning a brand, improving brand identity, and building consistent messaging.

3. Digital Marketing Expertise

  • Proficient in social media management, paid ads, content planning, SEO basics, and email marketing.
  • Experienced in using tools like:
  • Meta Business Suite
  • Google Analytics
  • Ads Manager
  • Canva / Adobe Suite
  • CRM or automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)

4. Creative Collaboration Skills

  • Strong eye for branding, content quality, and storytelling.
  • Ability to brief and guide designers, video editors, and photographers.

5. Campaign Management

  • Skilled in campaign planning, calendar management, influencer collaborations, and promotional rollouts.
  • Can handle multiple campaigns at the same time while meeting deadlines.

6. Analytics & Reporting

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present insights.
  • Able to recommend improvements based on KPIs, trends, and performance.

7. Influencer Marketing Knowledge

  • Experience dealing with creators, negotiating partnerships, and tracking ROI.
  • Knows how to select the right influencers for the brand and target audience.

8. Communication & Leadership

  • Excellent communication skills—written and verbal.
  • Can lead brainstorming sessions, guide junior staff, and collaborate with management.
  • Proactive, organized, and capable of working independently.

9. Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
  • Additional certifications in digital marketing or analytics are a plus.
