  • Daily operation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Aruba wired and wireless infrastructure

  • Management and support of Aruba Central and Aruba ClearPass for NAC and policy enforcement

  • Configuration, operation, and maintenance of Fortinet FortiGate firewalls

  • Implementation and support of network segmentation (VLANs), routing, firewall policies, and VPNs

  • Root cause analysis and incident response for any network-related disruptions

  • Firmware patching, upgrade management, and vendor advisory follow-ups

Documentation of network configurations, diagrams, patch history, and changes

  • Collaboration with internal IT teams and third-party vendors (ISPs, integrators, etc.)

  • Participation in Change Advisory Board (CAB) reviews for network-related changes

  • 24/7 on-call support availability for high-severity incidents, including holidays and weekends

  • 2–3 years of relevant network experience

o Working knowledge of:

o Basic Aruba/WiFi management

o L2/L3 switching and VLAN configuration

o Firewall basics and ticket-based troubleshooting

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
