Layunin ng Trabaho:

Ang mga internal na proyekto na may kinalaman sa construction, renovation, at pagkukumpuni ay naisasagawa sa tamang oras, naaayon sa itinakdang budget, at sumusunod sa mga technical at safety requirements.

Pangunahing Mga Tungkulin:

  • Makipag-ugnayan sa mga pangangailangan sa construction at pagkukumpuni na natukoy ng pamunuan o ng facilities team.
  • Tumulong sa paghahanda ng mga project timelines at schedules sa ilalim ng direksyon ng COO.
  • Makipagtrabaho sa Head ng Engineering upang maunawaan ang mga teknikal na pangangailangan para sa mga proyekto ng construction.
  • Mag-canvass at makipag-ugnayan sa mga contractor, supplier, at service provider; humingi at suriin ang mga quotation.
  • Magbantay sa mga ginagawang on-site projects upang matiyak ang pagsunod sa mga technical at safety requirements.
  • Mag-secure ng mga kinakailangang permit o clearance kung kinakailangan.
  • Magbigay ng regular na ulat sa COO at panatilihin ang mga records na may kinalaman sa project progress and expenses.
  • Suportahan ang dokumentasyon pagkatapos ng construction tulad ng mga resibo, warranty, at mga larawan.

Pangunahing Kwalipikasyon:

  • Nagtapos ng anumang kurso tulad ng engineering, arkitektura, o kaugnay na teknikal na kurso na may kinalaman sa construction tulad ng construction technology, building wiring, drafting o may NC II o NC III ng carpentry o plumbing.
  • May hindi bababa sa 2 taong karanasan sa koordinasyon ng construction, pagkukumpuni ng pasilidad, o mga proyektong may kinalaman sa building maintenance.
  • Sanay sa pakikipag-ugnayan sa mga external na contractor at supplier.
  • Marunong bumasa ng mga batayang teknikal na guhit at makaintindi ng simpleng plano ng gusali.
  • Magaling sa komunikasyon at pakikipag-negosasyon.
  • Marunong gumamit ng MS Office o Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) para sa mga ulat at dokumentasyon.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
