Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of infrastructure projects in the Municipality of Bay, Laguna. The role will work closely with project managers, government agencies, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met efficiently and comply with applicable regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of
- Liaise with LGUs, national government agencies (e.g., DPWH, DENR, NHA), and private stakeholders for permits, endorsements, and approvals
- Facilitate and monitor the Right-of-Way (ROW) acquisition process, including documentation, negotiation support, and securing necessary clearances.
- Prepare, compile, and submit construction permit applications (e.g., Building Permit, ECC, CNC, Permits to Excavate, etc.) and follow through until issuance.
- Assist in the preparation of project work plans, schedules, budgets, procurement documents, and progress reports.
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate with engineers, survey teams, and contractors during pre-construction and construction phases.

- Report project status, risks, and issues to the Project Manager and recommend appropriate actions.
- Perform other project-related duties as directed by management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Licensed Civil Engineer (or other relevant engineering discipline).
- At least 3-5 years of experience in infrastructure or construction project implementation.
- Familiar with government processes and requirements for ROW acquisition and construction permitting.
- Strong coordination, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic project management tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Must be willing to be assigned full-time in Bay, Laguna.
