We're hiring a Team Lead for our financial account If you have a solid financial background and proven leadership skills in managing 15–25 people, this could be the perfect role for you.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or any related field.
  • Strong financial background with proven experience in client management.
  • At least 1–5 years of supervisory or team lead experience, preferably in a BPO, shared services, or corporate environment.
  • Experience handling a team of 15–25 members.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 15–25 members, ensuring performance targets and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Oversee day-to-day team operations, including workload distribution, monitoring, and coaching.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client management, addressing inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor team KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for leadership.
  • Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to team members to drive engagement and development.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support process improvements and business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and industry regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php23,000.00 per month
