As the Corporate Marketing Manager for Food Service (FMCG), you will spearhead the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive growth and enhance brand presence within the fast-paced food service sector. You'll be responsible for understanding rapid market trends, developing agile and targeted campaigns, and collaborating closely with sales and product teams to introduce innovative FMCG food solutions to our customers. Your role is essential in positioning our company as a leader in providing high-quality, efficient, and rapidly adaptable food service options.
Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
- Market Analysis: Conduct continuous market research to identify emerging trends, evolving customer needs, and the dynamic competitive landscape within the FMCG food service industry.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement flexible marketing strategies that align with company goals, driving revenue growth in the FMCG food service sector with a focus on quick adaptation and high-volume sales.
- Campaign Management: Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, retail partnerships, and rapid-response promotions, ensuring consistent brand messaging that resonates quickly with consumers.
- Product Marketing: Collaborate with product development teams to launch new FMCG food service products, creating impactful marketing materials and strategies to support rapid market penetration and high sales volumes.
- Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with the tools and resources needed to effectively sell FMCG food service solutions, including easily digestible presentations, eye-catching brochures, and compelling case studies.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and manage programs to boost customer loyalty and satisfaction, including flash promotions, social media contests, and personalized communications that encourage repeat purchases.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget for the FMCG food service division, ensuring efficient allocation of resources with a focus on high-impact, quick-return initiatives, and track ROI on marketing activities.
- Brand Management: Uphold brand standards and ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing activities, reinforcing our company's reputation for quality and innovation in the fast-moving consumer goods market.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts with an emphasis on speed and engagement, including website updates, SEO, social media blitzes, and email marketing campaigns designed for immediate action.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns in real-time, providing regular reports and insights to quickly optimize strategies and improve results in response to market changes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of marketing experience in the FMCG food service industry, with a proven record of developing and executing successful, rapidly adaptable marketing strategies.
- Deep understanding of the FMCG food service market, including trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics.
- Strong skills in market research, strategic planning, campaign management, and digital marketing, with an emphasis on agility and speed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present marketing plans and results to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data quickly, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage marketing projects effectively under tight deadlines.
