Job Summary

Monitoring company bank balances, ensuring sufficiency of funds for day-to-day operations and for future cashflows.

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Ensures that bank balances are sufficient to meet daily operational expenses and other cash requirements.
  • Handles transfer of funds from one PhilLife Financial account to another PhilLife Financial account as needed.
  • Handles the preparation of bank forms in relation to the opening, updating and closing of accounts and cash management facilities
  • Maintains records and communications
  • Monitors updates in bank services and makes recommendations as necessary
  • Prepares report for cash position and assists in the preparation of other reports for the department and division head.
  • Assists in coordinating and communicating with collection partners.
  • Assists in the placement of excess funds in short-term placements and in the trading of securities
  • Handles preparation of requests for other forms of payment including, but not limited to bank telegraphic transfer or equivalent, manager's check
  • Assists in the reporting of transactions covered by the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA)
  • Handles documentation of cash advances of sales associates
  • Assists in the preparation of car plan documents such as promissory note and other requirements
  • Safekeeps company properties and documents.
  • Handles other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the superior.

Education: Graduate of Financial program or equivalent (fresh graduates are welcome)

Experience: No experience required
