Responsibilities
- Qualify leads generated from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Reach out to potential clients via cold calls and emails to initiate contact.
- Present the company and its offerings to prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and improve customer satisfaction.
- Arrange demos or virtual meetings between potential clients and the Consulting Manager.
- Ensure accurate entry, updates, and maintenance of daily activities and prospect information in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry news, and competitive products to effectively communicate our value proposition.
Other Responsibilities (Scope of Work)
- Understand Role Expectations:
Be familiar with daily tasks, targets, and metrics related to contacting prospects and updating Salesforce records.
Understand Sales Scenarios:
- Read and familiarize yourself with the marketing and follow-up call scripts.
- Tailor conversations to suit specific opportunities.
Documentation & Sales Materials
- Prepare documentation for quotations and proposals.
- Create presentations and supporting materials for client demos.
- Draft and organize minutes during client meetings.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- A Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field is advantageous.
- Proven ability to close deals in a sales environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly engage and build rapport with clients.
Familiarity with at least one CRM system and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or G-Suite is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
