In this role, you will provide the first impression to customers who reach out looking to build their online presence. You will also help our existing customers build upon the presence they've already established. We take a consultative approach to sales - learning about the needs of each customer and fitting them into the best product or service available.
What you'll do & how you'll make your mark.
Field inbound chats and identify areas to help grow the online presence of our customers.
Provide consultation to customers regarding new products and services that will help their businesses succeed.
Offer resolution within our scope of support, providing direction for third party issues and recommending paid solutions as appropriate.
Meet metrics that could include but are not limited to sales targets and customer satisfaction scores.
Demonstrate extraordinary interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive, multi-task, and prioritize in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
Apply strong sales skills to understand customer's needs and close all sales with integrity.
Who You Are:
Must have at least 1 year Sales experience and be driven to meet and exceed sales objectives.
At least 6 months experience in sales chat.
Strong passion for helping small businesses succeed.
Exceptional and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written.
