About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to enhance our Salesforce platform customizations. Reporting to the Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, customizing, and optimizing our Salesforce platform to support business operations and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices and be able to implement and maintain solutions that enhance our business processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), and a solid understanding of Salesforce best practices. Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud is a strong advantage. You will work closely with various departments to ensure our Salesforce environment supports the needs of our organization and drives our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and other platform tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Build and maintain Lightning Components and other user interface customizations.
• Maintain high code quality by following industry best practices, version control standards, and writing unit/integration tests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality, integration, and data integrity.
• Support the administration and configuration of Salesforce environments as needed.
• Lead development, configuration, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions
• Support internal platforms and applications using approved development practices
• Collaborate with the business to define, scope, and estimate technical requirements
• Drive continuous improvements to enhance data quality and business value
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and architectural standards
• Partner with stakeholders across Technology and the business to deliver high-impact outcomes
• Help establish and promote best-practice Salesforce methodologies within the team

What You'll Need:

• Proven experience as a Senior Salesforce Developer within fast-paced, DevOps environments
• Expertise across Apex, VisualForce, Lightning, Salesforce Security models, PL/SQL, JavaScript, Java
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and automated deployment pipelines
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to thrive in unstructured environments with a high degree of ownership
