Job Role:

The Operations Support is responsible for generating and updating reports, responding to internal and external enquiries, sending confirmations, and loading data into a system.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Processing data for Loading into the system
  • Processing of campaign results for loading into the system
  • Posting payments and other data information
  • Generating and emailing reports

Job Qualifications:

  • Working experience in BPO Industry is an advantage
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS Excel (Pivot, Concatenate, Trim, LOOKUPS, IFS, SUMIFS & COUNTIFS)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Skilled knowledge of operational metrics and reporting

Job Set-up:

  • Hybrid (3 days Work from Home and 2 days Work Onsite)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
