Our Philippines Team:
We work in the financial technology sector and primarily assist supporting trading/investment companies with their operational needs. Our organization is separated into two primary divisions: operations and customer service. The Philippines team is an expansion of our current teams in Taiwan and Malaysia. This is because we are currently handling global accounts and hoping to expand our services to support a 24/7 coverage.

The Role:
We're currently looking for a
Spanish-Speaking Associate
to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates at the Associate or Senior Associate level who are fluent in both Spanish and English and have prior customer service experience.
Responsibilities:
- Review customer data and process account openings accurately and efficiently.
- Verify documents submitted by clients in line with regional compliance standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide real-time support via email and live chat.
- Process withdrawals and support day-to-day account servicing.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer-related issues.
- Collect and compile operational data for reporting purposes.
- Support ad-hoc tasks as needed to ensure team success.
Qualifications:
- Associate or Senior Associate level
- Minimum DELE B2 proficiency in Spanish (C1 or higher is a plus)
- Must be able to read, write, and speak Spanish
- Proficient in English communication
- Background in customer service is required
