Job Description:

  • Process new hire paperwork and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to implement best practices and improve HR processes.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or similar role, with a focus on HR processes and employee relations.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Proven experience in employee relations, with a track record of successfully resolving conflicts and promoting positive workplace dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to empathize, influence, and inspire others.
  • A keen eye for detail and a knack for navigating complex situations with grace and tact.
  • Willing to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
