Primary Functions


• Process and issue travel documents (tickets, vouchers) accurately.


• Manage booking changes, cancellations, and refunds according to airline and supplier policies.


• Provide exceptional client service and travel expertise.

Responsibilities:

Booking and Ticketing


• Handle Reservations: Book and confirm travel arrangements (flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, etc.) using global distribution systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.


• Issue and Re-issue Tickets: Accurately issue, re-issue, and process ticket exchanges and refunds in compliance with fare rules, airline regulations, and company policies.


• Manage Client Itineraries: Create, update, and manage detailed travel itineraries, ensuring all segments are confirmed and synchronized.


• Process Payments: Accurately process payments for bookings and manage documentation related to financial transactions.

Customer Service and Communication


• Client Consultation: Advise clients on travel options, fare structures, visa requirements, travel insurance, and best routes/pricing.


• Issue Resolution: Promptly and professionally handle client inquiries, complaints, and urgent travel changes (e.g., flight delays or cancellations).


• Communication: Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, suppliers, and airlines to ensure smooth travel execution.

Administrative and Operational


• Maintain Records: Keep meticulous and organized records of all client bookings, transactions, and correspondence.


• Stay Informed: Continuously monitor and stay updated on airline fare changes, travel advisories, industry trends, and GDS functionalities.


• Reporting: Prepare daily or weekly reports on bookings, cancellations, and sales activities as required by management.


• Compliance: Ensure all bookings and ticketing adhere to IATA regulations and internal company standards.
