Location: Parañaque City (Hybrid – mix of onsite and remote work)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for the organization, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage government reporting and compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
  • Supervise payroll staff and provide guidance to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle payroll-related audits, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance for employee data, benefits, and payroll adjustments.
  • Drive process improvements and ensure payroll systems are up to date.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of payroll experience with 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws (Labor Code), tax regulations (TRAIN Law), and statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

Desired Attributes:

  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or similar certification is a plus.
  • Experience with multinational companies or shared service environments.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in payroll software/HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, DarwinBox, or local payroll systems).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis).
  • Experience with general ledger reconciliation and accounting principles related to payroll
