Job Description:

  • Manages and oversee daily transactions, mainly accounts payable, receivables, payroll, general accounting, and bank reconciliation.
  • Oversee all finance operations, including billings, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), payroll and general accounting.
  • Reviews of financial statements (balance sheet and income statement) for audits and internal reporting.
  • Ensures adherence to financial regulations, tax laws and other relevant legal requirements.
  • Creates budget, monitors spending, allocates financial resources and forecasts future financial performance.
  • Oversees the flow of money in and out of the organization and ensuring sufficient cash operations.
  • Works with internal and external auditors to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to finance staff, ensuring task delegations aligns with operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular finance team meetings and training sessions to align goals, resolve concerns, and improve processes.
  • Evaluate team performance through structured assessments and feedback.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or business-related field
  • At least 5 years of working experience in general accounting and financial reporting
  • CPA license is a plus but not required
  • Compliance in BIR and SEC
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in oral and written communication, flexible, resourceful, with due diligence, keen to details, and knows how to prioritize.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php93, Php100,000.00 per month
