About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Fintech Account Representative to join our team at AUXILIA INC'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, helping them with their financial technology needs. This position is based in Central Luzon.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat
  2. Assisting customers with navigating and using our fintech products and services
  3. Troubleshooting issues and providing solutions to ensure a positive customer experience
  4. Escalating complex queries to the appropriate team or department
  5. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions
  6. Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell relevant products and services
  7. Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre environment
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  4. Familiarity with financial technology products and services
  5. Proficiency in using computer systems and software
  6. A passion for providing exceptional customer service
