As a Customer Service Associate for our PIONEER Financial Technology account at Sutherland Clark, you'll provide professional support across multiple channels. You'll handle inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and a strong understanding of banking services. Your ability to stay composed and adapt quickly ensures a smooth and efficient experience every time.
What you'll bring to the table:
- Manage customer interactions with professionalism and composure, even in high-pressure situations
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while identifying and anticipating future needs
- Apply insights from customer feedback to improve service quality and personal performance
- Adapt to evolving processes and confidently handle situations with limited information or changing priorities
- Use internal systems and technology tools effectively to assist customers and troubleshoot issues
- Handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Build rapport and trust through consistent, empathetic, and solution-oriented communication
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of banking products and services to provide accurate and helpful support
You're the perfect fit if you have:
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Six (6) months and above experience in BPO customer service preferred (not required), with the ability to manage interactions across various channels
- Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication
- Ability to adapt to new technology and processes
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve issues efficiently
